CARBON NEUTRALITY

It refers to achieving net-zero carbon dioxide emissions by balancing the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere with an equivalent amount removed from the atmosphere, or fixed by plants, or by purchasing sufficient carbon credits.

We perform the following tasks:                                                                      

Design a method for quantifying, monitoring, reporting and validating or verifying GHG emissions and removals to support sustainable development through a low-carbon economy that allows:

a. Increase the environmental integrity of GHG quantification.

b. Increase the credibility, consistency and transparency of GHG quantification, monitoring, reporting, verification and validation.

c. Facilitate the development and implementation of GHG management strategies and plans.

d. Facilitate the development and implementation of mitigation actions through reductions in emissions or increases in removals.

and. Facilitate the ability to track the performance and progress of reducing GHG emissions and/or increasing GHG removals.
